To ensure the best possible outcome, please follow the guidance below before your appointment:

Stay well hydrated in the days leading up to treatment — aim for 1–2 litres of water daily.

Avoid heavy alcohol consumption for 24 hours before your appointment.

Eat normally — please do not fast before treatment.

For male clients: if you have a lot of hair on the treatment area, please shave your midsection 24 hours before your appointment.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to your midsection.

Directions & Parking

Drive down Sandown Park and you’ll find Pembury Grange as the last turning on the right.

Please park on Sandown Park, close to the entrance to Pembury Grange. Parking here is FREE.

Walk into Pembury Grange and my clinic is the first property on the right. Simply walk down the side of the property and you’ll find the clinic entrance.

Please do not knock at the house called PEMBURY GRANGE further down, as this is my lovely neighbour’s home.

Before You Arrive

As I work alone and appointments are booked back-to-back, please do not arrive early. Arriving at your scheduled appointment time allows me to give every client complete privacy and my full attention.

I do not have a waiting area, so please come to your appointment alone unless you have arranged otherwise with me beforehand. So no Family/Friends.

Unfortunately, children are not permitted in the clinic.

Cancellations & No-Shows

PLEASE NOTE: I operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.

You agreed to this policy at the time of booking, but this is a reminder that if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, you must give me at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment, will result in the FULL APPOINTMENT FEE being charged to the card held on file.
